Themistoklis Lazaridis is an economist with postgraduate studies (University of Macedonia) in business administration and a doctorate of the Democritus University of Thrace. He worked as a business consultant for a number of years and then served as Backoffice Dept. head at a major securities firm for almost 4 years. From 2007 to 2017 he was a professor at the TEI of Western Macedonia and today he is an Associate Professor at the University of Thessaly (Department of Business Administration). He is also, currently, serving as a visiting professor at Neapolis University Pafos. He has authored more than thirty (30) articles in scientific journals and presented papers at more than thirty-five (35) conferences, and has authored / co-authored five (5) books with the writing team.
His main research interests are in Financial Restructuring, Property Restructuring, Corporate Governance, Organizational Behavior, Strategy and Auditing-Accounting.
