In response to the new challenges for academic excellence and needs of society and the market, Neapolis University in Cyprus is upgrading its organizational and operational structure, which now consists of five Schools and ten Departments.
In this context, a series of new programs are expected to operate, in a conventional and distance form, some of which have already been accredited by the Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (CYQAA), while the rest are in the final stage of accreditation. All new programmes are expected to start in September 2019.
The new curricula incorporate new technologies, such as the postgraduate programmes in Digital Marketing, Financial Technology, Information Systems and Digital Innovation. Also, programmes such as the BSc in International Relations and Security, MSc in International Relations, Strategy and Security, the MSc in European Politics and Governance, MA in Theology and the MBA in Tourism, upgrade the international position of the University, its social dimension and offer new and ground-breaking specializations.
In addition, programmes, such as the LLM in Financial Crime and Criminal Justice and the MSc in Structural Robustness for Extreme Loading Conditions: Fire – Explosion – Earthquake, strengthen the already established undergraduate programs of Law and Civil Engineering with further specialization and applied knowledge.
Neapolis University’s curricula are supported by Advisory Boards, made up of distinguished scientists of international scope, with the aim of internationalization, the extroversion of the University’s community and the continuous link with the labor market.
