Neapolis University in Cyprus is a full member of the University Network of the European Capitals of Culture (UNeECC), which is both an international recognition as well as a step further for networking and internationalization.
The Network comprises of 48 well known European Universities, including the University of Athens and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), Leuven, Antwerpen (Belgium), Aarhus (Denmark) Genoa (Italy), Lille (France), Malta (Malta), Erasmus University Rotterdam (The Netherlands), Dubrovnik (Croatia), Mykolas Romeris (Lithuania), κ.α.
There is already a process of understanding among the University members of the Network for the development of joint initiatives and actions, which will create new opportunities for the academic staff and the student community of Neapolis University in Cyprus.
