The only Master in Real Estate Accredited by RICS in a University in Cyprus and Greece

The only Master in the property sector in Cyprus and Greece is now recognized and accredited by the RICS and is offered by the Neapolis University in Cyprus. The Master in Real Estate of the Neapolis University in Cyprus secured the certification from the leading worldwide professional association of appraisers and was added to the elite academic programs bearing this certification (accredited by RICS). The certification was given by a designated committee of RICS consisting of leading academics and professionals. The certification by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or British Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors is the passport for our graduates to have a successful career in real estate both nationally and internationally. Graduates of the Master in Real Estate have a comparative advantage in claiming a place in a wide range of companies, such as land development, property investment, property management, consultancy services, real estate appraisal, real estate financing or in the Organization sections of estate banks, as well as relevant government agencies such as the Department of Lands and Surveys and the Department of Building and Housing. Graduates are capable of recording the Registration Council of Realtors and the Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) according to the first degree and adding ECTS offered in our undergraduate program. The program lasts four semesters. Courses are taught in Greek and English and it is ideal for professional since it is taught one or two weekends each month.
