The presentation of the University in Thessaloniki was a great success

The informational event held in Thessaloniki for the presentation of  the Neapolis University’s programs, in collaboration with the Centre for International and European Economic Law (CIEEL )was a great success.

Hundreds of young university and high school graduates, parents, friends and teachers came in the Auditorium of “Dimitrios Evrigenis”  in the CIEEL, to get informations about the bachelor and master programs of the Neapolis University in Cyprus.

The event was opened by the Director of CIEEL, Professor of Law in the University of Athens School Vasilis Christianos, who welcomed the guests and the new partnership of CIEEL with the Neapolis University in Cyprus.

The dean of the Neapolis University in Cyprus and Emeritus Professor at INSEAD in France and Singapore Prof. Spyros Makridakis, presented the programs and there strongpoints. Followed by the presentation of the cooperation between Neapolis University and CIEEL. The innovative Master programs “Master of European Governance (MEG)» and «Master of International and European Economic Law (LLM)” where presented by the Dean of the Law and Social Sciences School, Prof. Anthonis Manitakis.

The panel of speakers was attended by the Dean of the School of Economics and Management, Professor of Political Economy and Entrepreneurship, p. Chairman of the Department of Planning and Regional Development and Economics Spyros Vliamos, and Professor, Director MTHS, former Dean of Theology, University of Thessaloniki Nikos Zaharopoulos. The two academics informed the public of all privileges enjoyed by a Greek student studying in Neapolis University in Cyprus, for example the low tuition fees, the great accommodation in the university’s campus, the direct air link between Thessaloniki and Paphos, and of course the recognition of all programs  by Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Center N.A.R.I.C.
