Nick Nunnington hosted on 06/13/2014 at Neapolis University in Cyprus where he gave a lecture on the “Corporate Real Estate Management”. The lecture was part of the annual visit as external examiner of the MSc in Real Estate program after the recent certification by the the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Nick Nunnington has taught in universities in the UK, China, UAE and the Netherlands. He also is among the authors of the books “The Income Approach to Property Valuation” and “Corporate Real Estate Management: Strategy and Implementation”. The lecture given by analyzed the latest in strategy development and property management, and he also presented examples from his rich experience that grasped the interest of the audience. The event was moderated by Thomas Dimopoulos, lecturer of the Department of Assessment and Property Development at the Neapolis University in Cyprus.
