Τhe first Ph.D. of the Doctoral program between Neapolis University and the University of Peloponnese has been awarded

A new era has began for Neapolis University with innovative research as a pillar.

A few days ago, the first Ph.D. of the Doctoral program between Neapolis University and the University of Peloponnese, was awarded to Dr. Maria Maniou in the subject of the administration of health services.

According to Dr. Maniou “the development of the research dissertation was carried out under the supervision of a high-level academic from Neapolis University and the University of Peloponnese and this resulted in being offered, the Best International Researcher Award – RESEARCH RATNA AWARDS 2019, after a special invitation between a number of registered university group entries. This is a Certified Prize from the World Research Council and the United Medical Council.

Dr. Maniou, also thanked her co-supervisors and expressed her satisfaction for the good management and administration of the program. During her PhD studies Dr. Maniou, published two original publications in reputable scientific journals with judges.

The Rector of Neapolis University, Prof. Pantelis Sklias, congratulated Dr. Maniou for the title award and stressed that Neapolis University is entering a new era with pioneering in research. It is an academic institution that emphasizes on high quality education and research and the promotion of new knowledge, with the ultimate aim, of providing the best possible services locally and abroad.

Finally, the Dean of the School of Economics and Administration of Neapolis University, Prof. Spyros Vliamos, noted that the process of supporting the doctoral thesis by Dr. Maria Maniou, marks another success of our University.
