The Liaison Office of Neapolis University Pafos focuses on the importance of developing the professional skills of students and therefore organized on Thursday, 1st of December, 2022 a seminar presented by Mr. Marios Melanides who is an independent Human Resources Development Consultant.
Mr. Melanides has extensive experience on a wide range of HR matters. An important part of his professional activity is the design and implementation of relevant training programs for staff members of organisations and companies as well as for their managerial staff. He has also been heavily involved with Manpower Planning and the Development of Performance Management Systems.
The seminar aimed at familiarizing and empowering the participants on methods and procedures for effective presentation of their personal and professional characteristics and skills (CV, cover letter, interview) in the labour market.
The Liaison Office implements a series of seminars and workshops designed to improve and strengthen personal and professional skills (soft skills) as well as the acquisition of further knowledge for the successful integration and continuous development of the students of Neapolis University Pafos in the competitive labour markets in the 21st century.
