Lecturer in Construction Technology & Sustainable Building Materials
Andreas Kyriakidis holds a PhD in Architecture and an MSc in Energy Technologies and Sustainable Design from the University of Cyprus, as well as a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His research focuses on innovative and sustainable construction materials and components, as well as the environmental design of buildings. His work combines experimental investigation, numerical modelling, and life-cycle assessment. He has extensive experience in national and European-funded research projects, and his research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He is a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and a qualified Energy Expert for residential buildings in Cyprus.
