Neapolis University Pafos is hosting a seminar titled “How to Get Your Next Job in Cyprus: AI, Your CV, and the Tools That Get You Hired” on Wednesday, 11 November 2026, from 11:00 to 12:00, at the Computer Lab of Neapolis University Pafos.
The seminar focuses on how hiring works in Cyprus today, where most CVs are read and ranked by software before a human ever opens them. This changes what a good application looks like. Particular emphasis will be placed on the role of AI in screening CVs and on using AI the right way when applying.
The one-hour session is practical in nature and aims to support participants in landing their first role. Participants will be introduced to Kyprium end to end: before, during and after an application. A live demo will follow, covering sign-up, the dashboard and a CV built on stage.
The seminar will also present what Neapolis students receive free of charge through the partnership with Kyprium, the University’s official career partner. It will conclude with a joint sign-up and a Q&A session.
The speaker will be Michalis Senekkis, Founder of Kyprium.
The seminar is addressed to students of Neapolis University Pafos preparing to pursue their first role.
Through initiatives such as this, Neapolis University Pafos continues to strengthen the connection between its students and the job market.
