The COVID-19 (coronavirus) contagion is continuing to spread stress and stressful life conditions for people in our societies and the world. The COVID-19 outbreak has the potential to cause health stress and may cause intense concerns due to uncertainty about how the epidemic will affect us socially and economically. In this webinar you will learn and develop psychological skills from a range of psychological approaches which may strengthen your psychological resilience to distress, and your reactions during the pandemic crisis of COVID-19. Using the principles of psychological approaches such as the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) you can overcome stressful situations and be more able to incorporate a wellness and resilience approach into your life.
