Greek, Cypriot and Japanese Perspectives of the Law of the Sea – International Workshop

This year, to mark the 40th anniversary of the Montego Bay Convention on the Law of the Sea, for the 1st time ever, academics from Japan, Greece and Cyprus are coming together for a public event dedicated to the three nations’ ‘’Perspectives on the Law of the Sea’’. Cyprus, Greece and Japan are maritime nations who face common challenges and share similar policies that comply with the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea. The purpose of this hybrid workshop organized by the Faculty of Law of Neapolis University Pafos is to discuss current issues and challenges in the Eastern Mediterranean and the East/South China Sea.
