Join us for JASS 2024 and explore smart city technologies!
We’re excited to invite all university students in Cyprus to join us for the Joint Advanced Student School (JASS) 2024. This year, our topic of focus will be “Talking with Smart Cities,” and we’ll be learning all about how large language models can be used to control smart city systems.
Students will get to work with top professors from famous universities like the Technical University of Munich, Imperial College London, Carnegie Mellon University, and Neapolis University Pafos. Throughout the program, students in teams will participate in hands-on projects, including:
The school will take place from March 25 – April 7, 2024, in Paphos, Cyprus. Accommodation will be provided by the Neapolis University Pafos and the Leptos Group at the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort.
This program is open to undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students with strong software engineering and development skills, as well as a keen interest in new technologies, mobile devices, and the Internet of Things. Participation is free of charge, and the program will be conducted in English.
