Neapolis University Pafos will host an online presentation (webinar) of the JA StartUp Cyprus 2026 programme on Monday, 9 February 2026, from 14:00 to 15:00.
JA StartUp Cyprus 2026 is the national entrepreneurship programme for university students, implemented by Junior Achievement Cyprus, aiming to support students in transforming innovative ideas into viable business proposals. The programme enables participants to work in teams, develop business models, receive guidance from experienced mentors, and present their ideas to an evaluation committee.
During the presentation, the structure and philosophy of the programme will be outlined, including its implementation phases, the benefits for participating students, and opportunities for international representation. The team that distinguishes itself at the Cyprus National Final will represent the country at the JA Europe GEN-E Festival 2026, to be held in Latvia.
The presentation will be delivered by Mr Petros Kallenos, Project Manager at JA Cyprus, who will also address students’ questions and present practical aspects of participation in the programme.
The event is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from all academic disciplines, with no prior entrepreneurship experience required.
The application deadline for the programme is 23 February 2026. The programme will run from 18 March to 24 April 2026, with the National Final scheduled for 24 April 2026.
