Ioannis E. Kastanas is a Lecturer in the School of Law of the Neapolis University Pafos where he teaches Public Law courses. He holds master’s degrees in Public Law from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and in Ecclesiastical Law from the Law School of the University of Athens, from which he holds a doctorate in Public Law with honors. He prepared his post-doctoral thesis at the Law School of the University of Nicosia. He is a founding member of the Academic Society of Ecclesiastical and Canon Law, a member of the Academic Society of Administrative Justice and the Union of Greek Publicists and a Consultant in the National Law Institute “Rythmisis”. He is a lawyer in Athens and has written studies on Public and Ecclesiastical Law.
