Dr. Konstantina Ragazou is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management Science and Technology of the University of Western Macedonia. She also serves as Chair of the University’s Sustainable Development Committee and is co-founder of the academic spin-off STATIFY Innovative Applications P.C., which bridges academic research with applied data analytics and sustainable entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on Business Management, Efficiency, and Sustainable Development, applying advanced multi-criteria decision-making and artificial intelligence models (MCDM, DEA, Reinforcement Learning). She has published in leading international journals, including Energy Economics, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Environmental Management, International Journal of Finance & Economics, and Studies in Higher Education, and actively contributes as a reviewer and editor for international publishers. Dr. Ragazou has extensive experience in the design and coordination of European research projects (Horizon Europe, Erasmus+), with a strong emphasis on green transition, sustainability, and innovation. She also teaches and develops curricula in the areas of ESG, Sustainable Development, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics, and Decision Science. She has supervised numerous Master’s and PhD theses and is an active member of international networks and scientific communities, promoting the integration of research, education, and society to foster sustainable development.
