Visiting Lecturer of Construction and Building Materials
Dr. Xiaoteng Li is a Visiting Lecturer of Construction and Building Materials at the School of Architecture, Engineering, Land and Environmental Sciences in Neapolis University Pafos (since 2025) and a foreign lecturer of the International BSc Civil Engineering Programme at Baoding University of Technology, Hebei Province, China (since 2025). Dr. Xiaoteng Li holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (2019) from the School of Sciences and Engineering, the University of Dundee, UK and an undergraduate degree from Hohai University, China (2014). His research expertise lies in the development of novel and low-carbon cementitious materials, recycling of waste streams in construction and the development of test methods for modelling of mechanical and durability performance of concrete. His research has been supported by fundings from China and the UK research administrative bodies. He has several publications in the field of his research and has participated in international conferences over the years. More recent research has been concerned with developing sustainable concretes of green-growing and carbon fixation in large infrastructure projects.
