This year’s Graduates of the Department of Architecture, Land and Environmental Sciences of Neapolis University in Cyprus, Nikos Sokorelis and Mary Giannaka were awarded the first Prize for their Diploma Design Thesis, in the Competition held by the Cyprus Architects Association for 2020.
In this years Competition new graduates from all Departments of Architecture in Cyprus and abroad participated.
The subject of Nikos Sokorelis and Mary Giannaka thesis, was the Design of a multicultural Cemetery in the area of Ag. Varvara in the District of Pafos.
The thesis was supervised by Academics Eleni Hadjinicolaou and Solon Xenopoulos.
