The first prize in the international design competition on “Regeneration, Configuration and Utilization of the Farm “Gerokipias” or “Germaninas” which was launched by the Municipality of Yeroskipou, was won by the architectural firm ONOFFICE environmental architecture of Assistant Professor of Architecture at Neapolis University in Cyprus, Demetrios Antoniou and Helen Katsoufi with their partners (M. Dimitroglou, P. Leventis, M. Aggelaki). The proposal includes a Botanical Park, Museum, Restaurants, leisure spots, convention center, a square and an open theater of 500 seats. The extent of enclosed spaces is 4,500 sq.m. and the project budget reaches 7.5 m. euros. Soon the date of the presentation and the award ceremony will be announced.
