In a splendid ceremony held at Korinthos, location of the Department of Political Sciences and International Relations, of the University of Peloponnese, their graduation ceremony had taken place for the second series of graduates of the Joint Postgraduate Programme “Global Political Economy”.
The program is offered jointly by Neapolis University in Cyprus and the University of Peloponnese. The Dean of the School of Business and Economics of Neapolis University, Professor Spyros Vliamos handed the diplomas to the students in the presence of the Vice Rector Professor George Andreiomenou, and the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences professor Athan. Katsi and the President of the Department of Political Sciences and International Relations, of the University of Peloponnese.
It is well known that for the past two years, exists a Collaboration Agreement between the two Universities which provides the teaching of joint graduate programs in Corinth and Paphos and also granting PhDs with co-supervision.
The registration process of the first doctoral candidates has been completed and already for next spring the University of Neapolis will request applications for new candidates for specific scientific fields.
