Initiation of joint Doctoral Programs as well as new joint Postgraduate study programs.

The Chairman of the Board of Neapolis University Paphos, Mr Michael Leptos ( Leptos Estates ) and the Rector of the University of Peloponnese, Professor Konstantinos Masselos held a joint press conference where they announced the initiation of joint Doctoral Programs as well as new joint Postgraduate study programs.
Specifically, the two Universities are broadening and further strengthening their cooperation in areas of co-supervision of doctoral theses on the following subject areas:

• Business Administration
• Public Administration
• Educational Leadership and Management
• Administration of Medical Institutions
• Banking – Finance
• Law
• European Governance
• Greek Literature – History
• Management and Real Estate Development
• Informatics
• Telecommunications
• Psychology
• Theology
• Architecture
• Economics
• Political Science and International Relations
• Social and Educational Policy
• Theatre Studies
• Organisation and Sport Management.
The first applications for Doctoral Dissertations will be accepted from 15.07.2015 until 09.15.2015 and the programs will commence in October 2015. Details of the application process will be posted directly on the websites of both Neapolis University (www.nup.ac.cy) and the University of Peloponnese (www.uop.gr).
The Press Conference consisted of Professors Spyros Vliamos, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the University of Neapolis Paphos and Pantelis Sklias, Chairman of Political Science and International Relations, at the University of Peloponnese.
The two Universities expressed their willingness to extend their cooperation in organizing new joint postgraduate study programs in subjects such as:
• Quality Assurance
• Political Psychology
• Educational Psychology
• Information Technology
• Literature – Culture – Archaeology – History – Theatre
• Nutrition
• Tourism
The Chairman of the Board of the University of Neapolis Paphos Mr. Michael Leptos and the Rector of the University of Peloponnese Professor Konstantinos Masselos, expressed their belief in the successful outcome of their joint effort.
