The lecture was presented by Jeniffer Sharpe, a member of the local council of RICS in Cyprus and Board member of the Association of Scientists Valuers in Cyprus. The discussion was moderated by Professor of the Department Thomas Dimopoulos.
The workshop ended with an overall successful conclusion for the immediate and urgent need for the adoption and implementation of international standards in Cyprus in order to upgrade the broker profession and the appraiser.
