Neapolis University takes on the presidency of the Cyprus Rectors’ Conference

The Rector of Neapolis University in Cyprus Professor Pantelis Sklias was appointed President of the Cyprus Rectors’ Conference for the next two years during the 27th General Assembly, on Monday 24th February 2020.

On the occasion of assuming his new duties, Professor Pantelis Sklias stated that “it is a special honour for me personally the assumption of the Presidency of the Rectors’ Conference, to which both myself and Neapolis University in Cyprus will respond with a particular sense of responsibility for the benefit of Higher Education in the Republic of Cyprus and its national strategic objective of promoting Cyprus as a regional centre of scientific excellence and cutting-edge knowledge of the International Academic Community”.

The Rectors’ Conference also appointed TEPAK University the Vice-Presidency and UCLAN University as the Secretariat, as members of the new Presidency of the Cyprus Rectors’ Conference.
