Neapolis University participates in the public debate

Neapolis University Pafos, in collaboration with the Australian High Commission and the Cyprus Academic Dialogue (CAD), co-organized a conference (16-17 February 2019) on the subject: “Alternative Models for the Federal Executive in Cyprus”.
The main purpose of the conference was to highlight issues pertaining to the functioning and implementation of the federation at the level of executive authority and to create a forum for public debate both at the level of the academic community and at the level of participation of the citizens in the exchange of views.
The opening ceremony at Neapolis University was attended by the High Commissioner of Australia, H.E. Mr. Sam Beever, the Mayor of Paphos, Mr. Phaedon Phaedon, and the Rector of the Neapolis University Professor Pantelis Sklias.
During the conference, various and interesting views and suggestions were made by both the speakers and the audience that enriched the discussion with questions and opinions.
