Neapolis University Pafos collaborates with the Margarita Liasidou Foundation

April 2, 2026

Neapolis University Pafos announces its collaboration with the Margarita Liasidou Foundation, integrating it into its network of partner organisations for student placements.

The agreement was signed on March 26, 2026, by Dr Andri Christodoulou, Director of SKEPSI, Lecturer in Clinical Psychology and Field Placement Coordinator, and Mrs Niovi Michael Fakonti, Director of the Margarita Liasidou Foundation.

The Margarita Liasidou Foundation is a non-profit organisation active in the field of mental health and social inclusion of individuals with special needs, offering specialised services and community support.

Within this framework, the Foundation will serve as an official practicum host for students of the MSc in Counseling Psychology. Students will gain direct exposure to real cases and professional environments, strengthening their applied skills and readiness for employment.

This collaboration forms part of Neapolis University Pafos’ broader strategy to strengthen practice-based education and develop partnerships with organisations active in key areas of social intervention.

Through this growing network, the University connects academic learning with real-world practice and reinforces its contribution to society, with a clear focus on supporting vulnerable groups and training professionals with hands-on experience.
