School of Architecture, Engineering, Land and Environmental Sciences: Call for Postgraduate Studies application for the academic year 2020-2021

The Department of Civil Engineering of School of Architecture, Engineering, Land and Environmental Sciences announces the availability of fifteen (15) positions of admittance for the new Postgraduate Study Programme in Structural Robustness for Extreme Loading Conditions: Fire, Explosion, Earthquake in both Greek and English instruction language.

The courses content brings together theory and practice and includes students exposure to the newest methods, procedures and techniques used in the field, as well as various technological solutions necessary for the purpose of designing robust structures, which might safely resist to extreme loading conditions, avoiding disproportioned collapse in case of an accidental event due to such coexisting causes.

The programme’s Curriculum is designed to provide students with the necessary cutting edge knowledge for becoming experts in design and construction of robust structures resistant in collapses due to natural or human factors, fact allowing them to play a significant key role in this sector in Cyprus and abroad.

The call for applications is open to candidates possessing a four years Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering. Those interested can submit their application to the Department of Registrations and Study Consultants (Neapolis University Pafos, tel. The evaluation of the admission applications will be carried out by the Coordinating Committee of Postgraduate Programme. The candidates   will be interviewed on line by the Evaluation Committee consisting by members of UPS (Neapolis University permanent staff) of relevant academic objects.
