The Seminar on Planning Incentives and Mortgaging Property Law, co-organized by the International Real Estate Federation (Cyprus Chapter), the School of Architecture, Land and Environmental Sciences of Neapolis University in Cyprus and RICS Cyprus, was successfully completed on May 14, 2016, at the premises of the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Dr. Ioannis A. Pissourios, Lecturer in Urban Planning and Design, was one of the two speakers of the seminar and lectured on the Cypriot planning legislation, focusing on the new planning incentives and their impact on real estate development and appraisal. The seminar was attended by approximately 60 professionals, including real estate agents, valuers, property managers/consultants, engineers and lawyers.
