Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Cyprus and Neapolis University

On Friday 28.06.2019 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Administration of Neapolis University in Cyprus.

Neapolis University committed under this agreement to support, through academic excellence and research in cutting-edge knowledge and innovation sectors, the qualitative and quantitative upgrading of its curricula, as well as the internationalization of its student community, the pillars of the foreign policy of the Republic of Cyprus.

The Rector of Neapolis University Professor Pantelis Sklias stated: “I thank the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Nikos Christodoulides for the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with Neapolis University in Cyprus and the cooperation framework that is being created. Having developed new groundbreaking programs in cutting-edge subjects and empowered with particularly high-level human resources, we have the ability to offer our services as well as know-how on specialized issues related to the main priorities of the foreign policy of the Republic. In this way Neapolis University contributes in practice to the overall strengthening of the international position of the Republic of Cyprus and the promotion of its comparative advantages”.
