Neapolis University in Cyprus participated in the kickoff meeting of the program Eng4F on January 19th and 20th , 2016. The meeting was hosted by the Txorierri Vocational School in Bilbao, Spain and the university was represented by Dr Natia Anastasi. The program, with partners that include Universities, Vocational Schools, the Portugal Chamber of Engineers and the Greek Company of Women Engineers, along with private companies, has participants from Portugal, Spain, Italy, Estonia, Greece and Cyprus and involves coordinated efforts and actions in attracting more students to Engineering and Science careers. The program in Cyprus will be applied in collaboration with two Pafos schools, the Ayios Theodoros Gymnasium and the Ayios Neofytos Gymnasium. The program will run for three years and will peak with a competition amongst students for the participation to the televised closing event in Aveiro Portugal.
