In the constantly evolving economic and financial environment, firms in order to remain competitive and to meet the new challenges, opportunities and trends they face, are called to redefine their model accordingly. The latter, deals with various areas of finance, marketing and human resource management. In this light, the online series of seminars (e.g. webinars) organized by the School of Economics, Administration and Computer Science of the Neapolis University, analyze the various trends in business finance, such as decentralized financing based on financial technology (FinTech). It also presents the qualifications and skills that employees must possess, and analyzes how to promote products successfully. As a result, the new environment that is being created provides new challenges for entrepreneurship and creates opportunities for global and sustainable growth.
