On Thursday, April 2, 2014, the Law School of Neapolis University in Cyprus and the authorities of Paphos International Airport organized a guided educational visit to the airport facilities, for the students of the course “International Aviation Law”. Our university has integrated into its academic programs a broad range of courses on modern and dynamic topics, such as the law of international air transport. The students had the to learn more about the airport operations, the role of civil aviation authorities, the rules and standards on aviation safety, and the perspectives of air transport in Cyprus and in Southeastern Europe. Strongly engaged with society’s aspirations, our university enhances relationships with business and industry in Cyprus and broadens the horizons of its students, by fostering scholarship and by organizing interesting educational visits as a supplement of teaching in university classrooms.
