Organization of the 5th International Conference LE NOTRE Landscape Forum, Pafos 2016 from Neapolis University in Cyprus

During the 4th International Conference of European Schools of Landscape Architecture, LE:NOTRE Landscape Forum, which was held in Bucharest on 20 -25th by the Department of Landscape Architecture, “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism and the Department of Landscape Architecture, University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in  Bucharest, Dr. Julia Georgi, Assoc. Professor and Head of the Department of Architecture, Land and Environmental Sciences successfully won the organization of The 5th LE:NOTRE Landscape Forum to be held on 16-20th of March 2016 by Neapolis University in Cyprus at the premises of the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort in Pafos.

Also, during the 4th LE: NOTRE Landscape Forum, Bucharest 2015, two different Posters were accepted and presented by Julia Georgi, Assoc. Professor of Landscape Architecture, one Poster by Christos Konstantinidis, graduate student  of the Master of Landscape Architecture Programme entitled “Landscape Proposal for the Archaeological Museum of Pafos” and another Poster by Lefteris Vomvolakis and Nicoletta Petrou, students of Architecture, Landscape Architecture Course, entitled “Landscape Proposal for Othello’s outdoor cinema”. Both Posters were included at the Exhibition held by the 5th LE: NOTRE and will be included in the proceedings of the Conference. The event concluded with an instructive discussion and analysis of the exhibited Posters.
