Neapolis University Pafos Partners with Evergreen Cross Care Home to Support Practical Training in Counselling Psychology

On 15 September 2026, Neapolis University Pafos signed a Collaboration Agreement with Evergreen Cross Care Home to strengthen the practical training of students enrolled in the University’s Master’s Programme in Counselling Psychology.

Under the agreement, postgraduate students will have the opportunity to complete part of their supervised practicum at Evergreen Cross Care Home. Through this experience, they will gain practical exposure to psychosocial support and develop a better understanding of the emotional and psychological needs of individuals receiving care services.

The collaboration connects academic training with the practical application of Counselling Psychology in real-world settings, supporting the development of the clinical and professional skills required by future Counselling Psychologists. It also promotes a person-centred approach to care and supports psychological well-being.

Through this agreement, Neapolis University Pafos continues to expand its network of practicum partners, providing students with further opportunities for professional training while strengthening its engagement with organisations serving the wider community.
