Anastasia Athanasoula – Reppa is Professor of Educational Administration and Organizational Behavior at Neapolis University Pafos in Cyprus. She holds a PhD and Master’s degree from Panteion University (1992 and 1980 respectively), as well as three Bachelor’s degrees from the same University: Political Science (1977), Public Administration (1979) and Sociology (1986). She also holds a postgraduate training diploma in Open and distance education of the Hellenic Open University (2001) and a Bachelor of Pedagogy of SELETE School (currently ASPETE) (1979), where she later served as a Professor. In the period from 1-9-02 up to 21-05-04, she was a member of the Administrative Committee of ASPETE. In the period from 6-2–09 up to 2-7-10, she was Chairman of the Pedagogical Department. She was also responsible for ASPETE’ branches in Crete, Ioannina, Sapes/Komotini, and N. Aegean (Mytilene). Since 2005, she has regularly been involved in teaching and research work at the Department of Education of the University of Cyprus as a visiting Professor. She has also worked at other national (University of Thessaly, University of Western Macedonia and Aegean University) and international universities (Roehampton, England and Donou Austria) as a partner in postgraduate programs of Educational Administration. She has experience in Distance Education as Associated Academic Staff of the Hellenic Open University (14 years) and the Open University of Cyprus (6 years). She is a certified trainer of trainers in Greece and Cyprus and Certified Evaluator for the Qualification of Vocational Trainer by the HRDA of Cyprus. In 2004, she was trainer of Police Executives for the qualification of Adult Instructor during the Olympic Games and volunteer guide of the President of the National Olympic Committee of Lithuania. She was also a trainer in various Regional Teachers’ Training Centers (P.E.K.) throughout Greece and of schools of the Holy Metropolis of Toronto Canada, and in various Centres of Vocational Training in Greece and Cyprus. She has also worked with the Hellenic and Cyprus Pedagogical Institutes.
