Giorgos Meramveliotakis is an Assistant Professor of Economic Theory and Policy at Neapolis University Pafos, where he also serves as the academic coordinator for the distance learning postgraduate programs in Public Administration and in European Politics & Governance. He concurrently holds the position of Associate Editor at the Journal of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (Springer, Q1). He has previously taught at the University of Crete, the Hellenic Mediterranean University, the University of Roehampton, and the University of Liverpool. His research and scholarly work include numerous publications in leading journals, such as Land Use Policy, New Political Economy, Journal of Economic Issues, Review of Radical Political Economics, Science & Society, Critique, among others.His research interests lie in the fields of Political Economy, Institutional Economics, the History of Economic Thought, and Economic Development.
