Associated Teaching Staff for the Distance LLM in International and European Business Law
Irene Tsagaraki is a lawyer specializing in Criminal Law and holds two PhD titles in Criminal Law, one obtained by Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich and one by the University of Zurich. She also holds a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in German Law (Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich) and a Law degree (LL.B.) (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Law). She has participated in the “Distance Learning Program in Compliance in the Financial System”. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association, the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association and the Compliance Association of Greece (SEKASE). She has published monographs as well as articles in legal journals.
