Konstantinos F. Doukakis (Corfu, 1979) is Assistant Professor in Modern and Contemporary History at Neapolis University, Paphos, Cyprus. His research interests relate to modern European economic and social history, to public policy and administration, as well as to the European and Greek versions of the welfare state. He has published articles, chapters, and books on modern Greek history, on social security, social welfare, economic and social history. Since 2005, he has participated in conferences, as well as numerous European Research Projects, closely related to his research interests.
