AA Visiting School Cyprus 2026 at Neapolis University Pafos

Neapolis University Pafos will host the AA Visiting School Cyprus 2026, the international architectural education workshop of the Architectural Association (AA) in London, from 24 August to 3 September 2026.

The programme, titled “Fragments in Equilibrium”, will bring together students, professionals and academics for an intensive workshop focused on architectural design, research and experimentation. The initiative is the result of a collaboration between Neapolis University Pafos and the Architectural Association and further strengthens the University’s international presence in the field of architectural education.

Throughout the Visiting School, participants will work in an environment combining theoretical research, design and practical application, using the architectural studio facilities of the University. The programme will also include the development of a prototype in an outdoor space, as well as a public activity at the conclusion of the workshop.

The workshop is led by Danae Polyviou, Lecturer at Architectural Association London (AA) & Director of formDP Engineering.

The workshop will be supported by Antonio Moll Moliner, Director at Moll Architects and Integrated Design Tutor at the Architectural Association; Alexandra Savtchenko, Tutor at the Architectural Association; and Panayiotis Ioakim, Architect at Zaha Hadid Architects & Minimaforms;

The final crits will also be attended by Professor Chrystala Psathiti of Neapolis University Pafos.

Hosting the AA Visiting School Cyprus 2026 at Neapolis University Pafos represents an important opportunity to develop international academic collaborations and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and ideas between the international architectural community and Cyprus’s academic and student community.
