Donation of books to the University from Mrs. Marina Vryonidou

The management of Neapolis University in Cyprus hosted with great pleasure at its premises, Mrs. Marina Vryonidou, former Director of the Cultural Center of Laiki Bank and former Executive Director of Pafos 2017 organization. In a modest ceremony, Mrs. Vryonidou under About City project of ΠΠΕ Pafos 2017, donated 16 books related to History, Art and Culture of Cyprus from antiquity to modern times, to the University Library. “The memories for the history and social development of a country are essential elements that must be held by anyone who wants to be an active citizen” according to the guest, who emphasized her particular love for the city of Pafos. Special mention was made for Mrs. Vryonidou by the Vice Rector for Administrative Affairs, Professor Mr. Nikos Zacharopoulos who stressed that Cyprus has to honor such deserving people of Courtesy and Ethos.
