The Real Estate Department of Neapolis University Pafos publishes the Neapolis Property Price Index (NPPI), an innovative analytical tool developed to contribute to the macroeconomic analysis of the Cyprus real estate market. The aim of the initiative is to establish the index as an unbiased source of information for various participants in the real estate sector, including appraisers, real estate agents, investors, land developers, as well as economists, researchers, and government agencies. Additionally, it serves as a dynamic educational learning resource for our students in the fields of real estate economics, real estate valuation, and market/data analysis.
The NPPI is published on a quarterly basis and currently tracks the prices of new and used dwellings, including houses and apartments in all districts of Cyprus, with data from 2012 onwards.
