Last October, Dr Katerina Flora of the Department of Health Sciences participated on behalf of Neapolis University in Cyprus at the Second European Conference on Addictive Behaviors and Dependencies, a multidisciplinary conference that provides a forum for networking across the addictions. Dr Flora’s poster presentation, titled A review of the factors affecting the development and outcome of the treatment of psychotropic substances addiction, was selected amongst numerous submissions to the organizing committee. Dr Flora represented Neapolis University in Cyprus at this highly prestigious conference of more than 600 participants from 58 countries, which was held in Lisbon, Portugal between October 24-26, 2017.
