The 12th Real Estate and Construction Conference was successfully carried out on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the Hilton Park Hotel in Nicosia under the auspices of the Cyprus Association of Land and Building Developers, the Cyprus Association of Real Estate Valuers, the Association for Large Developments, and of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The Department of Real Estate Valuation and Development of Neapolis University Pafos actively supported the conference as an Academic Partner. The conference attracted a significant number of professionals in the fields of Land Development, Real Estate and Construction from all cities in Cyprus. The Department of Real Estate Valuation and Development of Neapolis University was successfully represented by the Director of the Department, Associate Professor Petros Sivitanides, and Lecturer Thomas Dimopoulos, who spoke about the “Trends and Prospects of the Cyprus Economy and Real Estate Market” and the “Trends in Property Sales Across the Different Cyprus Districts”, respectively.c
