The Law School Undergraduate Program, as well as all University Curricula, adopts and incorporates all the quality criteria as defined by the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), as well as a number of modern innovative pedagogical methods, including activities, continuous student-tutors interaction, role-playing and simulation exercises.
In particular, within the framework of the Curriculum of the Law School, a simulation of the justice system has been integrated, with the participation of students, academic and judicial officials. The simulation, in accordance with the International Virtual Trials Competitions, includes on the one hand a written procedure, with the submission of petitions by the participating lawyers (depending on the Jurisdiction to which the case is subject) and on the other hand an oral procedure before a Virtual Court each time by legal scientists and real judges.
The operation of the Undergraduate Law Program in combination with the already provided successful Postgraduate Programs in Economic Crime and Criminal Justice and in International and European Business Law (in conventional and distance form) compose for the University of Neapolis Pafos an important advantage of pioneering research, specialization and cutting-edge applied knowledge in the broad field of legal science.
