Effective management of the challenges in family medicine posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in Lithuania and Cyprus

Dr. Aida Budrevičiūtė of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences visited the Psychology Department of Neapolis University in Cyprus to further develop the collaboration between the two universities and to finite the details of the their new project. The title of the newly launched project is “Effective management of the challenges in family medicine posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in Lithuania and Cyprus.” The aim of the study is to understand and aid with the recommendations of physicians working in primary health care for the more effective management of the challenges in family medicine posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The team of the collaborative scientists are Dr. Aida Budrevičiūtė, Prof. Dr. MD Leonas Valius and Prof. Dr. Renata Paukštaitienė (from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences) and Dr Marios Argyrides on behalf of Neapolis University Pafos. The research team is excited about this new opportunity and looks forward to their future academic and applied endeavors.
