On Saturday November 15th, 2015 the opening ceremony of the Art Exhibition of Barrels and Wine Tasting Festival was held in the Ottoman Baths of Pafos.
For this art exhibition, 13 barrels were turned into works of art by students from the Schools of Architecture as well as Departments of Fine and Applied Arts studying at various universities of Cyprus.
Neapolis University, School of Architecture, Land and Environmental Sciences was represented by three 5th year undergraduate students, Lefteris Vomvolakis, George Bozos and Vassilis Karabatsos, supervised by Professors Solon Xenopoulos and Dimitris Antoniou,who crafted 4 inspiring artworks which are exhibited at the Ottoman Baths of Pafos.
At this honorary event, Dr. Julia Georgi, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Architecture, University of Neapolis, was present for the opening ceremony.
