Neapolis University in Cyprus announces that the proposal of Dr. Katerina Flora for the competition part of the “PIN #prevention and #intervention” Program of the National Betting Authority and the Youth Organization of Cyprus, was a success, since the Proposal submitted by Dr. Flora was selected for a grant with a final score of 80/100 and secured the highest score based on the criteria set.
PIN was jointly launched by the National Betting Authority and the Youth Organization of Cyprus for the purpose of subsidizing projects, aimed at preventing or reducing dependency behaviors and is part of a joint series of actions, for protecting and raising awareness about young people with addiction on gambling and betting.
The initiative, is part of the 2018-2022 Responsible Gambling Action Plan of the National Betting Authority and in addition within the framework of the National Youth Strategy 2017-2022.
