In the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between the School of Architecture, Engineering, Land and Environmental Sciences and Koulountis Architects/Engineers, Nicolas Koulountis, Architect, presented on Monday, November 14, 2022, the topic “The Health and Safety Plan at Construction Sites“, coordinated by Dr. Natia Anastasi, Lecturer at the Department of Civil Engineering of Neapolis University Pafos.
The presentation addressed the risks, responsibilities and obligations that engineers and other stakeholders face during construction sites.
The presentation attracted great interest by the students and by other visitors. Moreover, the Head of the Paphos District Labour Office, Mr. Giorgos Katsonouris highlighted the importance of the health and safety plan that must be considered and applied by the future engineers.
