Neapolis University Pafos and Intersport: the E-Commerce Project #TheHeartofCart competition

The Liaison Office and the Department of Economics and Business of  Neapolis University in Cyprus express their gratification for the successful organization of the E-Commerce Project #TheHeartofCart competition on Tuesday 12/01/2021.

The first place of the competition was shared by two projects, which proves the excellent work produced by the participating students, as well as their professional approach to the subject of the competition.  The team of Vassilis Chachamis, Ismini Drympeta and Christoforos Pavloudakis, as well as the work of Eleni Kontogianni, were chosen by the evaluation committee, as the awarded projects. Neapolis University warmly congratulates the contributors for their successful participation, wishing their distinction to be their first step towards a creative and successful professional career.

Neapolis University in Cyprus, also, expresses its gratitude to our Intersport collaborators and the evaluation committee, which was consisted of: Mr. Pavlos Margaritis (Regional Category Manager – INTERSPORT Athletics SA), Ms. Maria Kolokytha (HR Manager INTERSPORT Greece and Cyprus) , Mr. George Leventakis (Regionsl E-Commerce Operations Manager – INTERSPORT Athletics SA), Ms. Natasa Foteinakopoulou (Human Resources Supervisor – DPAM Greece & Cyprus), Mr. Alexandros Voukatos (Stores Manager Cyprus – Intersport) and Mr. Nikitas Petrou (Regional Commercial Director – INTERSPORT Athletics SA).

Likewise, the University thanks its Lecturer in Digital Entrepreneurship, Dr. Georgios Deirmentzoglou, for the event coordination, the academic supervision of the competition, the preparation of the contestants and his huge contribution to the implementation of the whole project.

We are truly proud of our Department of Economics and Business’ students, who participated in the E-Commerce Project #TheHeartofCart by Neapolis University and INTERSPORT and wish them to maintain their efforts on producing pioneering and innovative ideas, in order to bring the future closer to our present.

All participants received a certificate of participation in the competition, as well as souvenirs from Intersport.
