The vision of the department is to become a center of academic excellence in innovative education and research, acknowledged by the public, the student community and the labor market. The department’s mission is to foster academic knowledge through providing high quality research and convey that knowledge to students through undergraduate and graduate study programmes, in order to prepare students for their professional careers.

The Department offers a rigorous and challenging curriculum based on a solid foundation in economic and business theory, quantitative methods and management specific knowledge and skills. The Department offers two undergraduate and five graduate degree programmes in both Greek and English.
