The Law School of Neapolis University in Cyprus congratulates a delegation of 6 students for their achievements in the FREDMUN contest (model simulation of the UN Organization), which took place from the 21st to the 24th of November in Cyprus. Students from Greek, British and Cypriot Law Schools, who competed on matters of International Law in the context of various committees, participated in this contest, each as a diplomat of a country. In particular, our students: Konstantinos Poulios (1st year student) was distinguished with the “Honorary Best Delegate Award”, Thanos Tsiftsis (2nd year student) and Konstantina Papacosta (1st year student) were awarded with an Honorary Mention. Anastasia Petridi (2nd year student) received a Verbal Mention. The other two students who participated in the contest are Chaido Tsagkalidou and Silia Veneri (1st year students). Dr. Thomas-Nektarios Papanastasiou, Assistant Professor of Public International Law, supervised the delegation.
